HELP! I need to change my address or payment info!

No problem! You can update your shipping and billing information yourself through your account portal or by emailing us via help@beautybox5.com

All address changes must be done prior to the end of the current month in order for your next month’s box to be sent to your new address. If you update your address after your box has already shipped, we will have to charge you $3 to ship a replacement.

Note: setting up mail forwarding through the USPS does NOT ensure that your boxes will arrive. Please let us know by email or update your address yourself so you don't miss out on any beauty!

If you haven't set up your account or can't log in, just start a conversation with our Customer Service team at help@beautybox5.com and we can update your information and send you the link to create your account at the same time.
